Unscrew

antenna

mast

from

base

counter-dockwise.

Remove

Phillips

screw

from

side

ball

base

and

set

aside

for

reinstallation.

Looking down

the

top

the

base,

remove

the

second

Phillips

screw

that

onw

accessible.

Lift

off

remainder

the

ball

mount,

plastic

base

and

rubber

base

gasket

Locate

suitable

flat

area

mount

the

antenna.

Check

below

the

mounting

area

safeguard

against

any

damage

other

surfaces

equipment

Also

make

sure

you

will

able

run

the

antenna

cable

~ur

stereo

from

this

location.

Using

suitable

marking

instrument,

mark

the

hole

and

check

all

clearances

one

time

make

sure

there

are

obstructions.

Drill

(22mm)

hole

and

de--burtheedges.

Feed

antenna

cable

into

the

hole

while

aligning

the

movable

antenna

legs

into

vertical

position.

While

holding

the

antenna

assemb~

from

the

bottom,

r~attach

the

rubber

base

gasket

and

plastic

base.

Place

the

ball mount

into

the

plastic

base

and

re-attach

the

Phillips

screw.

10.

Tighten

the

Phillips

screw

slowly,

making

sure

the

movable

antenna

legs

below

the

m(?unting

surface

are

the

horizontal

position.

Tighten

until

firm,

but

not

over

tighten.

11.

Re-

attach

the

remaining

the

ball

mount

using

the

screw

from

step

#2.

Adjust

angle

desired

while

tightening.

12.

antenna

mast

and

route

cable

stereo.
