Outdoor furniture can be enjoyed for many years when well maintained.
Regular Maintenan ce
Wash the furniture with a solutio n of mild detergent and water , rinse with clear water, and dry tho roughly. To all metal frames, apply a
fine, clear automobile wax for maximum prote ction against harmful ultraviolet exposure and salt air.
For best protection, perform this maintenance two or three times per y ear in low pollution areas or more frequently in high pollution
areas. Please note that these durable materials can be safely cle aned as often as desired. Note: Some suntan and sun b lock pr od ucts
may be harmful to resin, cushions and strap , mesh and vinyl lace and str ap. Do not allow such pr oducts to come in contact with a ny
seating surfaces to avoid deep p enetrating stains, which ar e not covered un der warranty.
How to Clean & Care for Teak F urnishin gs
Left alone to age, the natur al color of teak furnishings will weathe r to a soft, silver grey. This process will take approxim ately nine
months, depe nding on the degree of sunlight and rain exposure. Imperfections, which are inhe rent proper ties of the wood, will show over
time, enhancing t he beauty of the furni ture. In humid or wet climate s, or after rains, the wood may natur ally expand and contr act, causing
the grain to rise. This is to be expected with exposur e to the elements an d will stabilize after the initi al weathering occurs.
To maintain teak fur nishings, us e a soft bristled utility brush and stroke lightly in the direction of the grain to remove surface dust. For
more stubbo rn dirt, the wood may be washed with a mild solution of four parts laundry detergent or dish washing soap to on e p art bleach
in water, then rinsed th oroughly and allowed to dry completely. Oili ng the wood may cause milde w or irr egular coloring.
How to Clean Woven Furnishings
Woven furnishings ar e made of dur able and weatherproof e xtruded polyethylene resin weave. Light stains and so ils may be remove d with
a solutio n of mild deter gent and water, rinsed with clear water and dried thoroughly. Mildew and heavy stains can be removed with a
quality commercial outdoor furniture cleane r and protectant. Wove n furnishings may not be suita ble for intensely hot clima tes .
How to Clean Fab ric
Fine outdoor fabr ics are designed to en dure years of sun, soil and moisture. Wash o utdoor cus hions with a solution of mild detergent and
water and thoroughly rinse with clear water. Stand cushions on end and allow to a ir dry com pletely. Light stains can be rem ov ed as
above. Mildew and heavy sta ins can be rem oved with a quality com mercial outdoor f urnitu re cleane r and protectant. Note: Do not dry
clean or use a washing machine or dryer. Do not steam or use water at temperatures above 100º F when washing. Note: Be car efu l to
keep the ou tdoor furniture clean er from contact with the cushion s of your ou tdo or furniture, as it will cause discoloration. Do not use
bleach on pr inted acrylic fabr ics. Do not use solven t-type mate rials on woven vinyl, woven blend or ultr a woven blend fabrics as they will
damage the yarns. Do no t use chlorine based clean ers.
How to Clean M esh

How to Clean Strap
For general or light cleaning, begin by brushing dirt off the strap. Apply a solution of mild deterge nt an d warm water an d al low it to soak
into the strap. Gently clean w ith a sponge or soft bristle brush, then rinse t horoughly with clear water an d allow the strap to air dry.
How to Clean Vinyl Strap
Apply a quality vin yl protectant t o guard against the effects of air pollution, salt a ir build -up, and mildew. To remove difficult stains use
rubbing alcohol applied with a soft cloth.
How to Clean & Care fo r Stone and M arble Tops
Tabletops are designe d for normal outdoor use in residential settings. To maintain the natur al beauty we r ecommend applying a stone-
enhancing sealer every six mon ths to protect and restore the top. This step ca n be repeated each ye ar and befor e the winter season.
If tabletop is stained with products such as wine, soda, coffee , or oth er colorants of organic origin, clean the se spills imm ediate ly with a
mild detergent then rinse with w ater. In extreme cold climates, it is r ecom mended that tabletops be stored in a dry indoor area or be
covered with suitable outdoor furniture cover. Be sure to al low s pace between the tabletop and the cover so that moisture doe s not
collect on the table; this will promote airflow an d allow moistur e to escape.
